Another one on the right side is "The secret of superhuman strength" by Alison Bechdel

Eden when was the story uploaded? I'm genuinely curious because I follow Hassan and scroll through his page everyday and I'm pretty sure I didn't catch this photo in any of his stories recently. Must have overlooked if it's the case.

Anonymous said...

How did u know it was Emma’s shelf? Did Hassan say?

Eden said...

It was on September 3rd.

Eden said...

He didn't say it, but Emma had a photoshoot at her home years ago and the boy painting was there. She also filmed briefly inside her home and the book shelves match.

Anonymous said...

The one at the bottom of Theory of the Novel says "Prada [something]" I believe. And the one to the left of the red one is Alfred Weidinger's Gustav Klimt (you can see the "Klimt" at the top of the black protective case. The spine of the actual would be facing the wall since it's gold in pics in second-hand store online, but the casing is black).

She has something framed in Arabic. I’m very fascinated with it when it’s written, but I can’t understand what this one says.

Also, did her friend have a party in her house while she was gone? lol
I mean, I’m sure whatever she was okay with because she seems to trust him.

The red book with the sun on it is The Secret Language of Birthdays.

that’s her place in London.
If it’s recent that proves she’s kept her house in London alongside the new one in Oxford (no reason why she wouldn’t she has more than enough money to keep both and the place in LA).
Hassan was likely there dog sitting whilst Emma was away.

Anonymous said...

What's in the middle?

Anonymous said...

If you look at the video from 2023 of Emma’s house when she was getting ready before Wimbledon, that is her house in London. Exact same fireplace and position of everything. Fashion of Emma watson IG has the video in freeze frame.
So as someone said above she has a townhouse and an Oxford house (and probably still a Los Angeles house… and maybe others). But it’s very fun to look at the books! They also have dets of her lamps and Sofias bed etc. not in this photo.

Anonymous said...

Yeah the tv is even on a bracket on the bottom left - though folded away - exactly like Emma’s London place whilst she was getting ready to go to Wimbledon with Alex.
Did Hassan put any caption?? Was he looking after baby girl

Anonymous said...

There is a video on TikTok that can prove the house is Emma's property. The decoration almost hasn't changed a bit.

Didn't know Emma also into economics

I love her book shelf, it's so real. When I saw videos of AD's Open Door series, celebrity's over-organized bookshelf always annoy s me. Anyone who actually reads knows it's impossible to keep all the books in your home exactly the same size or in hardback.

Hassan recently posted a story on Instagram at Emma's home while she was in Italy.

I might have misunderstood,but why?

Emma reads jkr's book that is not hp series, kinds of surprising for me

Was anyone else irritated that Emma didn’t acknowledge the death of Stuart Craig, who passed away a couple of days ago? I remember her saying in the HP-Reunion: „We love you, Stuart Craig.“ and she wrote something kind for a lot of the actors who passed.

No she never posts online anymore and would just get attacked when she posts anyway

No one here posted about him till now so clearly wasnt someone related that much to emma she cant hear about ever dead person ever

Anonymous said...

pretty sure most people didnt mention it

its kinda tacky to post about deaths of people you werent that close to online anyway

trying to farm likes and attention, probably better not to

Eden, is the link from JHU affiliated?

Eden said...

Nope.

Eden said...

Anonymous said...

Why is he posting an Instagram story from Emma's home when she isn't there?
Just seems it a bit creepy and invasive.

Anonymous said...

Hassan probably re associated the books so we can be more likely to buy them. No chance emma reads these books

Eden said...

He probably didn't think fans would recognize it.

Anonymous said...

She’d likely have bought them years ago

Anonymous said...

Are the two ppl there related to emma or have the ''watson'' surname?

Anonymous said...

Likely didn’t think people would recognize it as Emma’s London house and as others have pointed out was likely dog sitting.
It hadn’t changed a bit in the two years

Anonymous said...

So she firmly hasn’t moved moved to Oxford then, she’s just bought another house.
God id love to several houses where it makes sense and just divide up my time how I want. Have housekeepers to look after them in the different places. Nice life.

Anonymous said...

why no chance?

Emma's taste in books is VERY her. Lit and writing theory, fashion, slightly quirky (but not too quirky) novels, quaint artsy crafts memoires. Very normcore, very girly.

I do notice that for all Joy Killer Robot has attacked her, Emma still keeps her books in a prominent place. (Even her terribad detective fiction.) So much for being ungrateful.

The only thing I'm judging her for is her Coco Chanel stuff. Coco being a plagiarizing fascist fraud and all.

Anonymous said...

That was a party. And the photo is not her Oxford house, it’s her London one.

Anonymous said...

Yeah she has an Oxford place but it’s conjunction with her London and LA ones

Anonymous said...

What exactly was this story about?

Emma's followed another 2 people.

Anonymous said...

It's likely up to Eden that doesn't and shouldn't have to be bothered with lives that aren't hers and she isn't up to actually, because this blog is her way of stress-relief she often needs. Get a life and don't judge other people their lives you are not included with and have no idea of if it went really worse or better than it appears to your own individual opinion by a blog and some pictures. If you really are about privacy of your most favorite VIP.

What a beautiful and comfortable place to read. It feels so warm and comforting. And I think it's thoughtful of friends to respect your home; you can see it because they take off their shoes to step on your rug.

Anonymous said...

I think it's a breach of trust to throw a party at your friend's house when she's not there. I hope some of Emma's friends aren't opportunistic and self-serving people who are with her because she has fame, money, and property. I hope Emma remains friends with Amy and Sophie. Her school friends never showed Emma's house, always respected her privacy, and even in interviews, Sophie avoided revealing anything about Emma. I feel Hassan is an opportunist.

Anonymous said...

He isn‘t just any dead person. He was responsible for all the beautiful HP-sets. So it wouldn‘t have been tacky had she posted. But yeah, maybe they didn’t interact a lot and weren‘t close enough.

Anonymous said...

"Was anyone else irritated that Emma didn’t acknowledge the death of Stuart Craig, who passed away a couple of days ago? I remember her saying in the HP-Reunion: „We love you, Stuart Craig.“ and she wrote something kind for a lot of the actors who passed."

Did the other members of the cast? End of the day her and Dan and Rupert's time with HP is over. The new TV show cast once finished the series will at some point be making new HP movies that is the plan. You can't deny the new series in looking very good so far.

Anonymous said...

Well yes they took their shoes off, although that is just as likely to be a cultural thing.

They then turned on her fire, played backgammon (her set?) and posted a picture of themselves at Emma's HOME when she wasn't there.
And of course many of her fans would immediately recognise it as Emma's place.

Just doesn't seem that respectful to me.

Anonymous said...

Really I think the new series is looking awful, and that’s the opinion of most of the fan base I speak to. It looks the exact same as the movies but with a much poorer cast and significant lack of interest (there’s no big stars like Maggie Smith, Alan Rickman etc. I think it’ll go the way of fantastic beasts and I’d be surprised if they finish it or even get past Goblet. Give it a decade and I reckon WB will throw enormous money at the original trio to do an equivalent of the Force awakens.

Anonymous said...

I highly doubt they’ll make movies with the same cast after the series. They’ll be completely sick of it by that point and will have given enough of their lives

Anonymous said...

"I highly doubt they’ll make movies with the same cast after the series. They’ll be completely sick of it by that point and will have given enough of their lives"

Well by the time the tv series is finished the original trio will be pushing....50! So after a gap of a decade they will use the series cast for the films I'm sure. But hey maybe cinema won't exist as we know it by the late 2030s.

"Give it a decade and I reckon WB will throw enormous money at the original trio to do an equivalent of the Force awakens."

That would need Jo's approval so never going to happen.

Anonymous said...

Give it a decade when her other stuff has failed and she’ll come around or WB will buy her out

Anonymous said...

She’ll sell it at some point the way George Lucas sold Star Wars and the Broccoli’s sold Bond

Anonymous said...

I’m massively underwhelmed by the new cast. Most of them are are only somewhat known tv actors. Nick Frost being one of the biggest names says a lot. You’d have thought they’d get huge actors like the first time but they obviously couldn’t, likely for numerous reasons.

Anonymous said...

I think there’s zero chance the kids will tie themselves in past the tv series (+1 for if they even manage to finish it, it’ll go the same way as Rings of Power is going for me, hated by both sides and too expensive) as someone says they’ll want a life. And in 10 years they’ll be in mid 40s so pretty the same age as most of the actors that do the cursed child on stage. Late 30s (books) is too young to for me, Emma looks only 30 if even. Or they could easily write another movie and come back like much older like with Star Wars or Jurassic Park or others. They only just got Carrie Fisher. Money talks.

Anonymous said...

Jo’s views are already causing massive problems for the tv series, and fantastic beasts also fell over. I’m not sure her and Warners relationship will survive long enough for them to finish the tv series if she keeps going the way she is… something’s gonna give soon enough… Warners will want the biggest possible audience…

Anonymous said...

Chill out, people, if Emma is okay with Hassan posting photos of her home, then it shall be okay for us. It's her house and her life, no one knows it better than her.

Anonymous said...

Tbh, even during her younger time, Emma hasn't been too blind-eyed when comes to her friend making. We seldom hear gossip coming directly from her friends and that speaks something. Let's just have faith in a much more matural Emma, she knows what's the best for her.

Anonymous said...

Are they really planning nothing beyond Harry Potter for the next 10 years? You can’t keep repeating the same huge story for decades with a new cast. Even new viewers, or the “new generation” as they call it, will likely finish the original movies first rather than wait years for each season. The story has been told from every angle: books, spin-offs, theater, fanfiction. Originals will always be originals. It’s time for new stories, not repeats.

Anonymous said...

Also think Hassan would not have put it if she wasn’t cool with it

Anonymous said...

Paramount is now looking to buy Warner Bros (whether it'll happen after they barely got the Skydance merger...). First thing they'd have to do is reduce costs as part of any financing deal. That would likely come right in the middle of the show's run, assuming it's still going.

Anonymous said...

So he sought he permission first?

Anonymous said...

Back down to 124 again. Anyone know who she followed?

Eden said...

How would anyone know?

Anonymous said...

I always thought it was a bit creepy to post pictures of her house and her dog when he was asked to house sit. I also agree with the comment saying Hassan is a bit opportunistic. I just hope nothing is happening without Emma's consent.
Ps: Eden I understand if you don't publish this comment

Anonymous said...

Jo has final say on anything HP it's something she sort during the first movie deal. The idea she would sell HP to Warner's or anyone is for the birds. So unless she dies you ain't seeing the originals in a HP film anytime soon.

Anonymous said...

The HP franchise literally prints money so the idea even if the tv series doesn't take off as well as they hoped it won't be cancelled. The series is looking good so far, ok the casting will never top the originals in terms of the teachers but what film make today does?

Anonymous said...

I think most people are very disappointed with it though, so I give it about seasons. I’d echo Chris Columbus in that there’s literally no point to it. It looks like a pure money grab to most people and of little quality compared to the films.

Anonymous said...

She isn’t on her socials much, she likely just mourned him privately, and he wouldn’t be known enough to regular people like not like Maggie smith where she had to post something.

Anonymous said...

People said the exact same about Lucas selling Star Wars. Her and WB’s relationship won’t continue much longer.

Anonymous said...

Amazon will probably do one more of RoP and then cancel it. Same thing. You can’t make something if it’s hated by most people.

Anonymous said...

Jkr is sitting around quoting a guy with a well known stupid moustache regularly very sad human

That arabica is a verse from Quran.

Anonymous said...

Eden do you think Emma’s podcast episode has been delayed or scrapped?

Eden said...

No clue. Can only hope delayed.

Anonymous said...

It's common for muslims to put up passages from the quran as a show of devotion. They weren't there last time we saw her house so Hassan probably brought them.

I’d imagine they are from travels. Relax people. She’s generally into spirituality

Anonymous said...

Hassan isn’t very religious. Emma has said she isn’t religious either, more a spiritual universalist. I’d imagine Emma got them but they are generally statements on peace and wellbeing.

Eden said...

It's fake.

Anonymous said...

I doubt they're Emma's, they're completely covering up the paintings behind them. Like I said, they weren't there when we saw the house that time she went to Wimbledon.

Anonymous said...

Looks like Hassan is very much religious.

Anonymous said...

I don’t understand what you people have against Islam. So what if she did start following Islam? It’s her personal choice.

Anonymous said...

What do you mean? Hassan isn’t very religious? Just watch his stories.

Anonymous said...

Emma doesn't follow any religion; she's spiritual.
In the Noah promos, she was asked if she was religious, and she said no, that she believed in spirituality.
We can see that in Emma: she's open-minded, seeks inner peace, meditates, and doesn't follow dogmas.
There's a big difference between spirituality and religion.

Anonymous said...

Please stop putting words in people's mouths. No-one said they had a problem with it.

Anonymous said...

Emma has very peculiar friends who come from very distinct religions and traditions but don't profess them, like Nupur, who is from India, and Hassan, who is Syrian.
Emma also went to church at Christmas as a family tradition. Her family may be Catholic, but even so, Emma doesn't profess the religion; she said she's spiritual.

Being from a place doesn't make you a religious totalitarian.

Anonymous said...

That ornament could be a gift from Hassan, or it's from him while he's house-sitting for Emma. Emma also has a small Buddha next to her painting; it's on her Instagram; it could be a gift from Nupur. I don't see Emma following a religion, only accepting gifts from her friends. She's already said she doesn't follow any religion.

Anonymous said...

There are signs of him being overly religious trust Hassan. It’s just who he is why are you trying to hide it if he doesn’t.

Anonymous said...

Emma can start following any new religion over time. It’s her intimate personal choice. So what if she doesfollows Islam?

Anonymous said...

The mantle is full of Islam religious iconography and middle eastern artifacts

Anonymous said...

In the full picture, on the left of the mantelpiece (as we look at it) there is what looks like a sepia sketch.
Can anyone identify the person?

Anonymous said...

I mean Hassan openly drinks alcohol, girlfriend isn’t Muslim etc. so doesn’t seem particularly devout.
I own Buddha’s and religious stuff but I’m not religious. They aren’t gifts I’ve brought them back from cultures and I’m interested and respectful and like some of the mantras and symbolism. Emma is likely similar. Nobody is saying any religion is wrong. At least I’m not.

Anonymous said...

The above 3 comments are likely from the same person?? I don’t think Nupur is Buddhist. I’d never buy religious gifts for friends. Emma has liking just bought them travelling like most people.

Anonymous said...

It’s just Arabic no?

Anonymous said...

There’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just extremely unlikely, especially for a white English women who is a vocal feminist, had a traditional British upbringing, dresses like Emma and owns an alcohol company, and who had previously been non-religious. Like extremely extremely extremely unlikely.

Anonymous said...

It’s just very very x100 unlikely given everything we know about Emma…

Anonymous said...

Nobody said they had a problem with it, it just something think would be likely. She’s much more likely to have been given it or bought it whilst travelling. Converting to a new religion is a big deal. Particularly when Emma has openly said she’s not religious.

Anonymous said...

You have to admit that it’d be pretty unusual for a white western woman to convert right, have only personally seen it happen due to marriage and I live in London. I have lots of Arabic stuff in my home. I’m not Muslim. I also have some of those teapots from a really lovely trip to Morocco.
Ps I also have two Buddha’s in my garden.

Anonymous said...

Her dad was born in Tehran she’s probably just interested in the Middle East… it’s a few (pretty) things of a very crowded mantle.

Anonymous said...

Emma is likely to just be into mantras and spirituality. There’s nothing wrong with Islam. The odds of her prescribing to it as simply very low so that’s what people are taking about. Other things are much more likely. They aren’t being Islamophobic

Anonymous said...

I have never seen him “ openly “ “ drink” “ alcohol “ . His girlfriend isn’t Muslim- have you asked her personally. Btw She is Arabic.

Hassan has a tattoo of him praising his religious god on his arm.
But okay.

Anonymous said...

Even if Hasan is deeply religious person. Why are you all having any issues. It’s his life choice.

Anonymous said...

No-one is. Stop trying to start fights.

Anonymous said...

I don’t think anyone is having an issue with it? People are just saying that Emma being religious is really unlikely. That’s all

Anonymous said...

Had anyone read about Al-Taqiyya.

Anonymous said...

Nobody is saying there’s anything wrong with Hassan’s religion or his life choices. Please stop reading into things.
Emma is generally a student of the world. I’m not surprised she has things from different cultures and religions in her house. She was raised Anglican but just seems generally interested in the world around her. No big deal. She’s said herself she doesn’t prescribe to any religion.

Anonymous said...

One of the Arabic signs means “oh contented one” which fits with Emma having lots of helpful inspirational quotes are here, and the other one is a verse commonly given at celebrations like housewarmings, weddings etc…
The teapots are also lovely.
She has a cool mix of stuff in her living room. I’m interested in the greeting cards. She’s had those years. They obviously mean a huge amount to her. There’s also slogan plaque on the left.

Anonymous said...

“In the end it was all a dream…”on her mantelpiece. She loves corny mantras.

I remember I read somewhere that Emma lent her house to Hassan. If it's true, then everything makes sense.

Anonymous said...

Like minded people always flock together and think alike together.
I think people should chill out if she indeed embraced Islam. Grow up.

Anonymous said...

They don't live together... Since Emma settled in Oxford her London house has been lent to Hassan.

They don't live together... Since Emma settled in Oxford her London house has been lent to Hassan.

I’ve genuinely never heard or seen anybody say/allude to that anywhere. Especially because neither Emma of Hassan have ever explicitly spoken about Emma lending her houses out to friends OR of Hassan being somebody she lends her house to. Not saying she hasn’t had friends stay at her place in a housemate type of situation… What I do know however, is that Hassan has spent more time in Syria than England this year…

Anonymous said...

The tremendous surprise that would be Emma marrying Hassan, is something that you cannot expect because he is not Emma's type because Hassan is bald and Emma likes long-haired men hahaha

Anonymous said...

Emma’s dad is a baldy and he married twice. So….

Eden said...

It was just a joke.

Anonymous said...

So you are upset that people might be concerned that Emma has embraced Islam and those people should grow up.
Yet I have not seen one post that indicates that people are 'freaking' out about that possibility, even though there is no indication whatsoever that she is embracing Islam.

So essentially you are criticising people for something that hasn't happened.

Perhaps park the moral outrage about people's reactions until someone actually responds in a negative fashion.

Anonymous said...

That’s complete nonsense stop making crap up. The original poster is just joking!!

Anonymous said...

Nobody is freaking out. People have just been politely pointing out that thinking a western women with Emma’s interests has converted is pretty deluded…

Anonymous said...

The person above didn’t get the joke and just made that up. I wouldn’t worry about it or engage further.

Anonymous said...

Nobody read that anywhere. Please just take a joke

Anonymous said...

I’m sorry but I think you need to chill and let the really unlikely idea that she’s embraced any religion go. She’s not religious. She’s said so herself.

Anonymous said...

Hello Eden it’s ray just wait a little longer x

Anonymous said...

Please stop, they were joking

Anonymous said...

No.. I have said that birds of same feather flock together. If she did embrace Islam then people should chill about it. I have said so because lots of people giving lots of explanations as to why she will never embrace Islam. Honestly I think it’s pretty far fetched. Given the fact of how Emma is as a person and that she can follow Islam if she has chosen it…

Anonymous said...

People are just saying facts - id be incredibly rare as she’s a white British women who has openly said she isn’t religious, she’s just spiritual. please stop projecting your beliefs into her.

Anonymous said...

What?

Anonymous said...

Emma has far more secular British friends so I’m not sure what you’re getting at at people flocking together.
She could absolutely choose to follow any religion. It’s simply very unlikely she’d suddenly become Muslim unless she married someone.

Anonymous said...

You clearly love your faith, that’s good for you. But please be sensible and dont take two of what are effectively ornaments on a crowded mantle piece as a mark of someone else’s. It’s honestly not. I’d be Hindu (and I’m very much not). And please stop treating others as islamaphobic for pointing this out. People aren’t being such - They are only being realistic

Anonymous said...

None of Emma’s other friends seem in any way religious, some just spiritual

Anonymous said...

I love how you’re telling us to chill when if Emma Watson actually converted to Islam it’d make the front page of every newspaper in the western world… it’d be that big a deal… as it’d be that unprecedented. That’s not us, that’s just the world we live in. And you’d add to that that she owns an alcohol company and drinks tequila like a fish. There’s a sign in a Mexican restaurant off convent garden for shot drinking.

In many west African nation even turkey and etc there alcohol is consumed. In west African Islamic nations the alcohol consumption comes as tradition that predates them following Islam, hence even it’s an Islamic nation they still consume alcohol. It could be same with Emma, if she embraced Islam.

People don’t hang Quran verses around the house for decoration purposes. More so if that person is not following Islam

Anonymous said...

I’ve seen that sign, it’s in Cafe Pacifico for anyone interested. Big Tequila girl. And gin girl of course. She likes spirits clearly, and obviously wine.

Anonymous said...

So there’s no chance someone gave it to her as a gift? Or that she bought it on a trip? Or maybe she just likes Arabic? Or anything else? It’s like when she’s photographed and there’s a man in the frame, and people immediately assume they’re in a relationship. Out of fifty+ different things in the photo, the one thing people choose to focus on is that she’s going to change her religion and convert to Islam?

Anonymous said...

Or It might be one of the most relevant of the options out there & that is she might be embracing Islam. For years most recently she has shown her support and fought for pro Islamic causes and not against it..

Anonymous said...

So she has accepted or about to accept Islam . It’s her personal belief and faith. Move on.

Anonymous said...

personally I have seen, from her project with -People tree- brand of clothing, where they conveniently chose Islamic nation Bangladesh. I have always seen her fight for pro- Islamic causes. I have personally never seen her criticise Islam in any number of ways possible. So her affinity for Islam may have been for long time.

Given her grandma from turkey her dad from tehran. She may have had affinity for Islam since way before and maybe it’s only recently she maybe having the courage to finally openly practice it or convert to it. Hassan being there and all. Either ways you people need to show her some real support. Its her intimate personal choice and belief.

Anonymous said...

I make one off-hand comment and the whole place falls apart.

Anonymous said...

What? Emma's grandmother was French, her name was Charlotte, and she had red hair. I remember her saying that she inherited red tones in her hair from her grandmother and that she also inherited her name.

Anonymous said...

There’s no initiate personal choice and belief, you’re being completely deluded and projecting your beliefs onto her. Like Completely deluded with capitals. You aren’t respecting her choice to not be religious.

Anonymous said...

Wow at the above posts from one person. we’re showing actual Emma and her actual choices respect and support. Like the ones in real life. Not demanding support of imagined ones with no basis.
Eden this getting really weird.

Anonymous said...

I’m all for opinion but there’s one nutcase in here and it’s frankly getting alarming…

Anonymous said...

Feeling compassion and empathy for people suffering in war doesn't make her a believer in their religion. Don't assume Emma's religion when she's said she's not religious. Don't impose yours on others. It's annoying.

Anonymous said...

You’re the only one who needs to respect Emma’s beliefs my friend.

Somebody has completely lost the run of themselves - because of two ornaments/art works on a mantelpiece - What a world

“Out of fifty+ different things in the photo, the one thing people choose to focus on is that she’s going to change her religion and convert to Islam?”
To be clear there’s no “people”, it’s very obviously just one person and everyone else trying to reason with them for this exact reason. And that she herself has said she’s spiritual and whilst she was raised Anglican she doesn’t identity as any religion. Others have also talked about many other objects in the photos.

Anonymous said...

Some here need to keep their own intimate personal choices and beliefs to just that, and stop projecting onto other people

omg the family tree discussion again!!!
her grandmother it's not from Turkey she's french and her father it's not from Theeran
Chris himself talked about this in a video on YouTube, his father (Emma's grandfather) worked abroad and Chris was born in Iran and lived there until he was 7, his mother (Emma's granny) worked as a teacher.
This Turkey thing came from those family tree's that people make on the internet and that usually contain false information (this was already discussed to extension in another comment section in this blog because a anon didn't want to believe Emma's own words saying her mother is french. it was weird)

also

"What? Emma's grandmother was French, her name was Charlotte, and she had red hair. I remember her saying that she inherited red tones in her hair from her grandmother and that she also inherited her name."

all of this is true but it's all mixed up
Her paternal grandmother was indeed french and Emma does have her name but it wasn't Charlotte it's Duerre; her paternal grandmother's first name it's Freda she said that in a video interview
the red haired grandmother was the maternal one, she was also french, hence the confusion.

Where is the podcast??? It’s been over a week

Eden pls delete all religious posts not needed here and obvious trolling

Anonymous said...

Emma fights for everyone. She is not against anyone; all she wants is peace and kindness, and she loves everyone. Just because she has never criticized Islam, or has defended it in some situations, doesn’t mean she is going to convert to Islam. In the same way, defending trans people doesn’t mean she is going to be trans.

Anonymous said...

There’s one person not being in reality but somewhere else and is making all the comments/asking people to respect Emma’s imagined wish to convert to Islam. And that person is then reacting adversely to others politely saying they can’t know that and it’s super unlikely. That is causing all the annoyance.

Anonymous said...

Chris was born in Tehran but is English. That doesn’t make her likely to change religion for gods sake. Pun intended. It just means she’s likely to be interested in the Middle East as someone said above so her having Arabic signs and teapots from trips is fairly logical.

Anonymous said...

I don’t think it’s trolling, I think the person genuinely believes Emma has/is converting

Anonymous said...

more trolling with that reply we know its you the same person trying to start religion fights

Anonymous said...

Can't wait to see the Daily Fail fall for this.

Anonymous said...

Funny thing is, this started after I specifically said the arabic decorations weren't there last time we saw her house and they were probably Hassan's, then everyone started fighting about whether she'd converted to Islam.

Just in case somebody reads as fast as I do (not a flex , just my ADHD kicking in) and had to go back an re-read almost anything

Emma’s maternal grandmother: Frida/Freda Charlotte Duerre, French

Paternal grandmother: name unknown, presumed to also be French and is a red head

Anonymous said...

So both of her grandmothers are French? Did I understand correctly?

Anonymous said...

Great while y’all go back and forth about who she’s dating (KB, escalator guy, park guy or backpack guy), makeup family trees for Emma without her even acknowledging them or verifying their validity AND now questioning her religious beliefs, I can’t believe y’all forgot about the triplets. Poor Eden is surviving off of a coffee pot none of you want to touch (it’s a movie reference), babysitting those kids while trying to keep their mother contained on the basement and Sofia mentally stimulated… yet nobody has offered to help. Because if are going to keep going back and forth the least y’all can do is take out the trash every once in a while maybe even wash the fucking dishes too

No, but seriously Emma herself has said multiple times throughout the years that she’s a spiritualist that respects other people’s religions. Why can’t y’all just leave it at that? Because in case somebody missed it, OP came out to say that they were joking when they assumed that she had converted to Islam. And until Emma herself publically claims to be a follower of a specific religion, we won’t know what religion most aligns with her beliefs.

Anonymous said...

How the fuck did a post asking y’all to help identify books become a back and forth about Emma’s religious beliefs???

Anonymous said...

So her grandfather's Turkish?

Anonymous said...

One ADHD girly who has to constantly re-read everything multiple times to another… babe you got the maternal and aspect of of the comment mixed up but other than that you’re good 👍🏼

Her maternal grandmother is the presumed to be French red head whose name is unknown.

Her paternal grandmother is Frida/Freda Charlotte Duerre and is also French

Anonymous said...

I love Turkey. It is so nice with some gravy and stuffing on the side

Namey McNameface said...

If you're referring to me talking about my "one off-hand comment", I was talking about the arabic stuff probably being Hassan's. I wasn't the one talking about her "converting".
The person who first started talking about her converting to Islam hasn't said they were joking.
I think we need to start posting with names, the anon thing gets confusing.

Anonymous said...

Charlotte it's not the name Emma got from her paternal grandmother
it was Duerre and only Duerre
she never mentioned about inheriting Charlotte from anyone

Anonymous said...

Emma's already talked in a interview that all the family from her mother side it's french and that her godmother was also french

Anonymous said...

There's an interview, I remember Emma saying that the name Charlotte was inherited from her grandmother and that she didn't know where the name Duerre came from but that it was a German name.
