Reviews of Emma Watson in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1'

500 persons have been lucky enough to have a preview of the Deathly Hallows. I tried to respect the order. Here are the mixed passages from different sources (so sorry if it doesn't make sense sometimes) concerning Emma as Hermione.

We segue into seeing Harry, Ron and Hermione in each of their homes. Hermione erases herself from her parents' memory. I found it very unsettling as we watch her disappear from all her family pictures.

The piano scene between Ron and Hermione is adorable and funny! Ron can't play piano.

Ron and Hermione dont dance at the wedding but he stares at her the entire time.

Here we see a great performance by Emma Watson as Hermione who sobs over Ron's body as she mends his splinched arm. Bone and muscle in his arm are exposed before the dittany is applied. She then casts the appropriate concealment charms over the Trio and their life in the forest begins.

Ron's and Harry's fight was hard to watch. Poor Hermoine was devastated. But you could see how worn out Ron was. You couldn't blame him.

Well when Ron leaves, Hermione tries to convince him to stay, she cries.

The Godric's Hollow scene where Harry visits his parents grave with Hermione is very moving. Hermione conjures a wreath for the Potters' grave.

After Harry opens the locket, a tornado of Voldemort's dark soul rises above Ron, unleashing spiders on the ground and taunting him. In a very sensual turn, silvery porcelain visions of Riddle-Harry and Riddle-Hermione appear in the tornado and taunt Ron's jealousy by sharing a long and intense kiss. In an effort not to truly represent the evil of Voldemort and the situation, the Riddle-Harry and Riddle-Hermione, in the swirling mass of the tornado, appear topless during the final seconds of their kiss (only a side of Emma's boob appear, sorry guys :p) before Ron swings Gryffindor's sword down on the locket, destroying it.

Hermione is tortured by Bellatrix at Malfoy Manor, after they are captured by the Snatchers. Hearing Hermione's screams while Bellatrix tortures her was enough to make me cringe. When Hermione awakens from being tortured she notices the word "mudblood" carved into her arm. Ron was the first to run to Hermione to save her from Bellatrix.
