Emma and Daniel were at Loch Etive filming one of the scene in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' after Ron left Harry and Hermione. Emma's boyfriend Jay joined her during breaks.
There's no specific date for the photos, the media only say they were filming during the weekend.
