Emma Watson could guest on Disney+ 's 'Beauty and the Beast'

[Version française]

The media have been talking about it since March 2020. Disney is planning on releasing an eight-episode series following the success of the movie in 2017. The production will only start in spring 2022 so there's still time before we can see it. It will be centered around Gaston and LeFou and neither of the film's main characters Dan Stevens (The Beast) or Emma (Belle) is attached but according to The Hollywood Reporter, "sources say there is a possibility that they could pop in for a guest spot".

I don't have much hope personally but time will tell. Probably only a year to wait. Oh joy.

I guess where the filming will take place and for how long will be important considerations for Emma.

Presumably she won't want to leave her triplets for too long.

But then Emma would have to take a break from her vacations. I don't think it would happen lol

Considering when it is supposedly set, beast it’s belle appearing makes absolutely ZERO sense, but of course sources are going to bait it to generate interest. the likes of some of the older household characters, belles father or some other village people or the sorceress could make sense at a push, but that’s it.

Emma is back in England! There is a video on IG where we can hear her voice cheerig up for the England Team. She was attending the EURO2020 at the Stadium this past Sunday.

She’s been back in London awhile, and was at the match (you can hear her say “Come on Saka! Come on!” For the last penalty. She’s also liked some stuff on Twitter (Marcus Rashfords comments about racism after the match).

She's also kinda back on twitter! No new posts of course though she has recently liked a few tweets!

This litteraly has nothing to do with this post but I just heard Toby (emma's brother) sing and he's actually not that bad...

Yes. These people are awful. The amount of pressure when you are representing your country , playing an euro final after an eternity and taking tiebreaker shots. Imagine the pressure and then your country is racially abusing you.

She went back to England alone. Leo wasn't with her.

Emma went to the football there’s a video on Twitter can’t see her I think she’s behind who was filming but you could definitely hear her so she’s in the UK xx

Yeah they would not even be in the final if it wasn't for a black player like sterling who got that free-kick opportunity against Denmark. They are heroes to get to final in the first time for England in years

A stadium full of people and nobody recognised her. I want to see her disguised look. Lol

I know she went with Toby, no one would recognise her if she was wearing a mask. Did she go to Wembley with a big belly? A pregnant woman who came back from the US just to watch the finals haha

tbh if she was there a camera would have gone to her at some point like tom cruise prince William & kate and other celebs who were known to be there

I don't think you need to wear a mask in England anymore?

I didn't see anyone in the crowd wearing one but I wouldn't be shocked if Emma could blend in easily when she is dressed casually with little make up and wearing a simple baseball cap or something she doesn't stand out it would be easy to be ignored by the cameras.

Also, I think other celebs made a big deal of being there beforehand so the cameramen already knew where to find them in the crowd.

I saw the match on TV and not one mask in sight. It single handedly gave me panic attack .

ALL UK restrictions are removed this week tbh its kind of too early we are seeing a huge spike in cases but seems things are at a point where Boris doesnt seem to care anymore and losing only 200 a week is fine for him I guess

Im in East Asia things are still not great here and i was shocked too see crowds allowed at the euro's in japan the Olympic games are not even going to have crowds due to the risk. I guess they just love football too much over there to stop crowds.

No please do not mention lockdowns again! I seriously hope its not a repeat of last year
everything looks fine in summer but by winter we are in a new wave and get hit harder than ever before I will not take much more of this I hope the vaccine will help stop this outcome

There was an enormous amount of celebrities in the crowd, the cameras just focused on the ones in the boxes, there were far too many to show. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Emma kept it very low key being with her family.

Re the masks and the event, the wembley matches along with Wimbledon and many many other events are part of the UK government events pilot scheme, masks weren’t advised, you’re supposed to act as normal unless you feel very uncomfortable. everyone has to show a negative test before the event and proof again on entry and is again tested after. They’ve been running events like this for a few months to see how big events can be ran and whether people can behave normally and what the repercussions are re post event infections.

The UK government has also decided that enough of the population is now double vaccinated to lift most of the restrictions. They are expecting over 100,000 cases a day over the next few weeks and expect the NHS to now cope due to less severe symptoms because of the vaccines so are now fairly content to left it run through the population.

Whether you agree with this is different. But people at the event itself not wearing masks were following guidance so that the people running it could test the event properly (a lot of those people ironically probably put masks on after leaving the event). The others in the parks etc are a different story, but as someone said that would be fully legal from next week. A lot of the population are saying they will continue to wear masks out and about though.

i live in London, we do not have to wear masks at the Stadium, only at the entrance. I was there on Tuesday.

I lived in hong Hong for a while back in 2008 and people were wearing masks on public transport even back then (due to previous sars outbreak maybe?) I think it should be common worldwide in public to wear masks now as we see how quickly things like covid can spread when populations are not ready. It should not be forced or anything but if people want to wear one they should be allowed to.
