She said in the Vogue In The Bag interview that she has a work phone and a personal phone. Carriers do international roaming tariffs so she wouldn't really need a separate phone or sim for using her phone in the US.

For now the website is still twitter.com so there's no reason to call it something else. I wonder if they're working on changing that too.
