Her masters course at university, she's only going to be on the campus for two weeks three times a year. The rest of the time she has to work on her portfolio of writing.

If we’re talking about the place near her dads in north London, she was rebuffed initially yes (and spoke about that) but they did sell it to her in the end, she owned it for the last couple of years of her living there. She then sold it and moved to north west London (her place now). She bought that as well.
No she did buy it about a year after saying that. That was the falling leaves property. Her name was also on some of the work done to it.
