Wow! The make-up is terrible. She looks 43 and we know from recent pics that she looks her age (even younger) but Prada really wants to make her look way older.
Yeah, I take it back after last time- the make up just makes her look pale with no facial features hardly, and the hair only looks interesting from the side; from the front it just looks like an awful scraped-back pony tail. Prada are doing her dirty, she's only 35, no need to make her look 50 :-/
For me, she’s beautiful anyway. It’s the makeup, but I think it’s also the lighting, it’s very flat and takes away warmth from the face. That seems to be Prada’s style lately.
It’s a shame they’ve used such dull colours for her clothes and it’s shapeless. Her make up looks dull too, but I think it’s the fashion. She’s always beautiful

Its not the makeup. Attractiveness isnt based on makeup. On this ad, Emma wears unflattering clothes, has quite masculine hair (appears short and unfeminine), and the camera focuses a lot on her small facial asymmetries/flaws. Even though Emma is very attractive, in this ad, she appears average, due to the camera focusing too much on her face. She looks far better without all this unnecessary accessoirs
You’re right it not just the make up. It’s the unflattering makeup and lighting that makes her features read as flatter than they actually are. Because if her makeup actually suited her features, your eyes wouldn’t be immediately drawn to everything else in the frame. Because she’s actually wearing her color palette as far as clothes and hair color go, they emphasize how little the makeup suits her.
It’s the way that the way the background and her outfit being colors that are in her color season that save this teaser for me. The makeup doesn’t suit her features … mostly her deep set eyes. Because of the fact that it doesn’t suit her features it makes them read as flatter than they actually are. The hair color is also in her color season, however the slicked back updo and lighting is emphasizing how badly the makeup isn’t doing her any favors… Personally I would’ve left some face framing pieces out to help soften the look. Or changing the color of the lipstick during touch ups would’ve also helped…
People keep complaining about her jacket… Meanwhile it’s one of the few things that is actually IN her color season in the photos. Her jacket being in her color season is what’s making her eye color stand out in some of the pictures. If it had been a colder shade it would’ve made her eyes look darker/colder or generally more muted in comparison to this shade which is an almost perfect shade match.
