the height also checks out, austin is 6'ft and emma is 5'5 which given she wears short heels of around an inch, and combined with the guy not standing totally straight, make the difference a bit smaller

Why would Austin go incognito if people already know who he is? It honestly doesn’t look like him at all. The man appears to be bald or have very little hair, he’s got a darker skin tone, he’s clean shaven and his ear looks different than Austin’s. Austin was also in NY around the same time Emma was spotted walking around Paris.

Well, she's had at least 16 in total.
I don’t know or care if she’s dating the men in the picture or if they’re just fans/friends. But I have to admit, that her and Austin have had the least amount of chemistry when compared to literally any other guy Daily Fail has said she’s dating. I personally thought she had more chemistry with every guy Daily Fail assumed she was dating (yet they were only spotted together once)in 2018-2019 than she did in any of those pictures with Austin.
One good thing about the Daily Fail, assuming she's dating Austin... is that, for once, people didn't automatically assume she was dating someone else just because she hugged them. Which is ironic, given that people are quick to assume she's moved on from whoever she's dating at the moment if she makes eye contact with another man. So, IF she's actually dating Austin... congrats on being the first boyfriend in a while that people don't automatically dismiss just because she interacted with another man...

Even if she is dating Austin, which we haven’t seen him since Pisa, it’s not going to be long term. He’s probably more like Chord. Sure, they went to Italy, but that seemed to be more like friends than trying to start something serious. The press already got his name and he actually responded to them when asked about his relationship with Emma. Serious boyfriends never did that, not even Chord and he was a fling.
