The photoshoot by Matt Jones took place in 2011 for the promotion of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2' *melancholic sigh*. Good times, good times.
That photo had already appeared in the Seventeen magazine back then, but it was cropped (though in colour). Here's the full, black and white version.
