According to the Sun, Emma admitted doing 38mph (61kmh) in a 30mph (48kmh) zone on July 31 last year, court records show. She was at the wheel of her £30,000 blue motor when she set off a camera on Banbury Road, Oxford.
She, who was studying creative writing at the city’s university at the time, was charged by post and pleaded guilty on March 3.
But she ticked a box indicating she wished to have a full court hearing, which she may now choose to attend next Wednesday at High Wycombe magistrates’ court.
At the hearing, Ms Watson could try to mitigate the charges by claiming there were unique circumstances.

And I suspect that without paparazzi it's wouldn't happened. Bloody freaks.
Seems to have many crimes related to her car lol getting towed away, fine for speeding and one time we saw her car was damaged like she drove into something

Don’t worry guys this is all just so that Emma can have a witty story to tell when she appears on a late night talk show to promote her newest project which means that she’ll be coming out of the shadows soon, this is a good omen lol
