From the first glimpse of its honey-stone facade and cottage garden, to the cosy sitting room layered with colour, pattern and warmth, this project was a true delight to work on with @sarahvanrenenOur aim was to create a home that feels lived-in and welcoming from playful palettes to layers of print, every corner tells a story from the mix of antique finds to playful fabrics and art, to build a space that feels timeless yet personal. We’re so pleased to share a little glimpse inside and out.

Yes that’s from her NY apartment which I was surprised she still had when I saw it. We’ve also seen glimpses of her current LA and London homes in pictures and vids. Nothing of her Oxford house post refurb after she bought it as yet (though you can find the previous inside of it online from when it was up for sale).
What a lovely life to have homes in London, New York, LA, Oxford and the Cotswolds. She can flit between them when she wants and get different things from them.
It’s very Cotswolds cottage. Though her colour schemes in London and NY look similar. Her place in LA is quite different, more neutrals.

Emma hadn't own any property in Oxford until last year? So she just living in her mother's house before that.
Probably or she was renting.Then decided to fully settle down in Oxford and bought a place.
Nope, Sofia on the bed was the morning after the Soho House awards in NY. That’s very very easy to look up. Emma even mentions it in the IG caption of the picture.

When she was about 18/19 yes she said she found it scary. Which is perfectly understandable
