Yes that’s from her NY apartment which I was surprised she still had when I saw it. We’ve also seen glimpses of her current LA and London homes in pictures and vids. Nothing of her Oxford house post refurb after she bought it as yet (though you can find the previous inside of it online from when it was up for sale).
What a lovely life to have homes in London, New York, LA, Oxford and the Cotswolds. She can flit between them when she wants and get different things from them.
It’s very Cotswolds cottage. Though her colour schemes in London and NY look similar. Her place in LA is quite different, more neutrals.

Yes, the house isn’t identifiable from just these photos and the location as the Cotswolds so she’s safe and probably happy for them to show their good work.
Off topic but whoever called Emma and Austin not making it past a couple months(assuming they were even dating) was right. He’s been back his ex since December at the latest and the guy Emma was with during New Year’s is someone else.

In September, they went to Paris, Italy and someone said they saw them at a restaurant in NYC where he lives in September as well. You don’t do all of that with a guy who’s just a friend.

I will say if she is with the Mexican guy she’s rumored to be with. The allegations of him being a bad boyfriend come from his ex who is also in the entertainment business.
