Emma Watson BTS of the filming of Make Poverty History, Click Ad [May 03, 2005]

I did not have a single clue she ever participated to it. I checked online and old stuff I have and I can't see her name linked to the campaign anywhere.

The ad "calls for donations to help save the lives of children in poverty-stricken areas around the world."

I did research about this campaign and I found an old article about it on the Independent:

"White wristbands sold by the Make Poverty History coalition were made in Chinese factories accused of using forced labour, it has been disclosed.

White wristbands sold by the Make Poverty History coalition were made in Chinese factories accused of using forced labour, it has been disclosed.

The fashionable white wristbands, worn by celebrities and politicians, including Tony Blair, were made for a coalition of charities as the symbol of its 2005 campaign to end extreme poverty."

What I understood is that celebrities (including Emma) did some photoshoots for this campaign but never went public because the forced labour which the campaign did not know about.
