She is said to be staying at a resort (that has golfing?) they probably allow dogs there
It’s a rented villa at a golf resort.
Since getting Sofia as loads of people mentioned in other threads her holiday pattern changed markedly. Unless it’s a quick stop for work she (1) stays places a lot longer, and (2) she rents out houses rather than stay in hotels (so she’s in residential areas and we get a lot less candids of her than we used to on holiday).
People think she buys houses everywhere she is seen but no its Air Bnbs in USA a sothers said and rented places in Spain or family home in France
I think buying lots of houses was something she only did after HP and sold off a few later (like LA and NYC places) when she realized she didn't need them all
she is avoiding beaches this year it seems as paps were getting too many pics that were too invasive last few years
now she does things like golfing that paps cant get access to as easily
likely only sunbathing on private property where no one can see too prehaps
Lol she doesn’t get them through AirBnB she’d go through conceige rentals like other high net worth individuals but the principle is the same ie she doesn’t own them she just stays in them.
Also she still has her current place in LA. She’ll just have it looked after when she isn’t there.

There is a celebrity golf tournament, I think in September. I wonder if she's going to that, it doesn't seem like the Pickled thing is happening this year.
Emma said she would go back to pickled again the next year but not sure a new tournament was confirmed
She has never owned anywhere in Santa Barbara or the Hamptons. She owns a place in west LA (you might be getting confused with Santa Monica but that isn’t where the house is) and previously owned in Manhattan.
She also has a house in london.
Ibiza is rental (we know she was looking to buy a holiday home though). Mexico is rental when she goes there. Her family owns in France. She also used to have a place in Meribel but that was sold.

By AirBnb presumably people just mean short term places that you pay for for a few weeks? Emma watson would not use AirBnB. There’s other high end sites/companies for that.
Rental does not mean a lease. People are using it just as a distinction against buy. When we go away as a family we rent villas. We only rarely use AirBnB.
She will do some celeb charity thing again soon I'd say so could be golf

There's one comment I didn't publish because I didn't want people to know where to look for one of Emma's friend/relative's social media account, and another comment because I found it rude towards Emma's ex as we don't know those people.
Some of these people listed as bfs are for sure one time dates and not actually bfs at all emma said everyone think she have 600 bfs when it's clearly just media making it up lol
I think she has slowed down her dating after leo honestly and green looked very casual with how little they were seen together I'm not sure he could really be list as a proper relationship either, in 2023 I think she has been single all year.

She's staying in a house that is in a very expensive gated community with security at the gates and that drive around. That community has a members only golf course along with pools and beach access that is also private to that community. I own a house next to that community but I won't name it to keep her private.

How fun! I lived in Palm Coast and have relatives that still do, it’s a very quiet little coastal town. The Hammock area is very swanky and private so I’m sure that’s why she goes there. If I ever see her there I will literally keel over😄
