That's her house, or the hotel she was/is in?
We’re not sure whether she still has her place in New York but I’d imagine not, she’s just got an apartment for the week
its somewhere she or her friends own because i dont think a hotel will let a dog on bed like this or even in the building at all lol
She’s just got a rental flat for a week or so

Pet-friendly hotels exist in NYC, maybe they wouldnt advise the dog gets to be on the bed exactly...but um not ever hotel ever bans them you know?
and rich people can clearly pay the right people to be allowed to have their dog

i think i saw this bed in a Christmas video emma posted one year with her in a santa hat and with presents around her? (or maybe it was some other fancy four poster bed with a big curtain and canopy somewhere else lol)
NYC fashion week goes from 7th to 13th still time for emma to show but kinda think she would have gone with Sophie to something by now so maybe giving it a miss or not asked to attend
again her school work should start soon, also yes she dont need to be at oxford itself but she would still nee dto start some remote work or something i think

London and paris seem like she owns houses for sure in USA I think she rents as the price to own was too high even for emma
I know very little about how much it costs to live in big cities, but I struggle to imagine someone being able to own a place in London and Paris, but not NYC or LA.
where does her dad live in France? countryside somewhere with a vineyard? pretty sure emma or alex have a place there too probably not in Paris
