Some people might say this always is a bit a matter of taste, but... No!, I think it's not atrocious*, it's an intensive brown short haircut that fits well to her darker facial expression and the rest of the blue coloured image! So, with regard to the complete image, I really like it!

Beautiful in expression, skin, and eyes but the hair is atrocious- at least that matted down rug.
