IBA stands for "International Bar Association", which is why her lawyer dad is there. Apparently this was about "the global 50:50 by 2030 project looking at gender representation in the global legal sector". Someone else tweeted "Emma Watson currently being besieged by lawyers asking for selfies. Hasn't been able to move for 20 minutes."
