The photo was shared on November 07 so I can only guess that's when it was taken. And as she was photographed 4 days later at the Veja event, it's probable.
Something about this photo though, one or some people told me the person who originally posted it received insults and asked people not to repost it, but there are literally only 2 comments under his post and none of them is rude and he didn't answer any of them, so I have no idea where all of these rumours come from. Unless the person posted it on other platforms that I'm not aware of. So I hope they're just false rumours.

The guy didn't say where it was but all his other photos are taken in France.
But if that were France, the bank's message would also be in French, wouldn't it?
Not necessarily. I've seen that ad in a French magazine.
English is the business language of Europe many signs and posters use it in all countries here
