Considering how many celebrities they got to appear in this, it's surprising how poorly promoted it was. Only about 700 people watched it live.
Probably would have helped if all the celebrities participating had said something about it on social media XD But fortunately people can still watch it now.

I agree! I was disappointed with all the poorly promotions.

It's really too bad the event wasn't better promoted as it's for such a good cause. But I did find that in the chat box, most people in attendance were more excited about the celebrities themselves than listening in on what EB was; a few moderators had to politely remind over-eager fans that it was meant to raise awareness/encourage fundraising as opposed to swooning over Tom Holland.

its def 'hive social' you are trying to install? are you on android device btw that verision is not finished yet some maybe thats cause of error....i hope emma joins hive its less toxic than twitter
Pretty sure it was Hive Social but the icon only says Hive and has pretty colours. And yes, I'm on android. I read it was only the Beta version for android so there are issues.
I need them to make a web browser version i dont like phone apps at all lol
but i will also follow Eden and Emma if they join it :)
Hmmm well people keep telling me to join mastodon but now everyone went to hive or tumblr again so im kinda lost where to go ahaha
I'm on Mastodon even though I don't post and it's awfully slow to me.
What app are you using for Mastodon? Tusky for Android or Metatext for iOS are considered the best free ones.
Mastodon is part of the ActivityPub platform that was created by the internet standards consortium W3C, so it's a lot more robust than Hive Social and less likely to flame out.
I use the website.
