Agree it looks like Ibiza, which probably puts it at last week. Alex disappeared between Paris at the very beginning of June and showing up at soho farmhouse on 15th June. They were likely in Ibiza for a week or so.
I've seen news articles post a wider version of the blue dress photo, so there may be "full" versions out. I can't find them though, maybe y'all will have better luck.

It's much much wider, you can see the back of her arm.

It appears to be shorter there though, and you can't see her leg. They credit "Gypsy Westwood Photography and Loewe", which was the same credit when I saw it elsewhere earlier.
