One of my favourite books is All About Love, she had such a great view through the superficial layers we convince ourselves are the totality of what we should be or can experience. So much in life goes deeper than we really want to look, and we simplify reality to make it more comforting.
Maybe. Always seems to me she underestimates her abilities and lets criticisms affect her choices. She never really gives her own take on feminism anymore, since being called a white feminist she seems to go out of her way to avoid saying anything herself. I'm absolutely in favor of promoting voices that are otherwise sidelined, but you still need to have a voice yourself.
